Walking Doctors | Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer | Remote | Full Time
Walking Doctors is a bootstrapped cloud-based medical clinic management software company looking for an experienced full-stack developer and hiring for its first full-time DevOps position. We use clinical checklists in the electronic medical record charting process to incorporate and iterate best practices based on measurable medical outcomes. We support health care providers, especially in resource poor settings, in making faster, more accurate diagnostic and treatment decisions while managing the business side of medicine: Pharmacy, medical records, billing, performance reports and metrics. We are currently expanding throughout Indonesia and expect growth into several new markets in the next year.
Our product is built on Amazon Web Services(Cognito, IAM, EC2) using Mongo Atlas, GraphQL, Node.js and React and we have recently initiated a move from Javascript to Typescript. Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer: You will be focused on developing our flagship clinical decision management product, contributing to new feature development and improving the robustness of our existing systems as we scale. As you become more comfortable with the product, your responsibilities are expected to include conducting code review, expanding documentation and mentoring other developers.
DevOps Engineer: Your immediate mandate will be to support existing infrastructure and improve the robustness of our orchestration, deployment and monitoring capabilities. You will report directly to the CTO and have significant input on how our infrastructure evolves. We expect you to be focused on building out our infrastructure but would ideally like a candidate that can contribute to discussions on software security and code hygiene.
