We are launching in August with roughly $10M ARR already secured. This is the latest project from an established and industry-leading Bay Area hospitality group, but our first project with a software emphasis. We are launching our MVP with off-the-shelf technology but looking for a full-stack engineer who can plug in as a core member of our team to build our proprietary technology over time. We are both a food and technology company, but in our long-term trajectory the emphasis will be on the software in its proprietary and/or SAAS implications.

We have a clear outline of our technology needs, but we're hoping for someone who will really take ownership over the project, and who can engage holistically with the operations to better understand how the technology can enable and enhance it. This would be a hands-on role to start, but the position will eventually lead a team. The position can have a mix of equity and salary compensation.

We are looking for someone who is really excited by the project, who is passionate about food, who is interested in understanding the full operational structure of the company and its long-term vision for growth and expansion, who isn't afraid to do some coding themselves but is also an exceptional leader.
