We need experienced full-stack rails engineers to bring our team to the next level. Our stack consists of: Ruby on Rails, server-side rendered views using ERB. We use Stimulus and Turbo(links)/Hotwire in the front-end. No React or other front-end frameworks. Postgres is our database and we use Redis for caching and job queuing (Sidekiq). We write tests in Rspec.
