I see in your job description for ML you expect ML engineer to have "Experience with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes to build data-intensive infrastructure: ECS, Kinesis, S3, Kafka, Spark, Flink" https://www.tecton.ai/careers-all/?gh_jid=4757867002. why not add node/react requirement into ML position too :) Additionally the ML engineer should also do the plumbing work in your office and also ML engineer can serve lunch too. You don't need anybody else 1 ML engineer is enough :)
