One interesting specificity is that our services are highly distributed in all the network nodes of our customers (cloud & on-prem), which makes understanding service levels and building for reliability especially challenging and interesting. We have to think creatively when it’s not only what can go wrong in your DC or your cloud setup, but what can go wrong in the world.
