We do staff augmentation but we are not a body shop. Plenty of exposure and opportunity at very good companies. We have a firm, high billable rate and are turning down work because we do not have enough people. No one was laid off during the pandemic. We have a few full time sales and relationship managers but we rely on consultants to help run the business and as such there is an equity stake possibility for all consultants, if they choose.
