The division has two openings:

* Mobile Team Lead: Add your iOS experience to our existing Android staff and lead our native app engineering team. * Ruby on Rails Full Stack Team Lead: Lead our Ruby on Rails/Ember development team Both positions are approximately 75% technical lead work and 25% team management. We have an agile development process based loosely on Basecamp's ShapeUp (https://basecamp.com/shapeup) approach including 6 week product development cycles followed by 2 week engineering driven cycles.
