I am the Founder / CEO of Cash Flow Portal. Cash Flow Portal is an investor portal for real estate syndicators. It contains the system of record for a real estate syndication and helps automate a syndicator’s back office.

Who we are: We started in April, 2020 and are a very small, scrappy team consisting of 6 engineers, 1 designer and 1 copywriter. All our employees are remote.

Looking for: Folks who believe in the value and mission Cash Flow Portal and that we are actually the best solution for syndicators (also known as sponsors or general partners or GPs).

Day to day: We already have sourcing of customers ready. You will be following up with customers and schedule demos. And then close the deal during the demos.

Pre-requisites: You will be building out the sales automation using either HubSpot or close.com. You must have experience with an existing sales automation software already.

Logistics: All positions can be full-time W2s or contractors and with flexible hours. We accept CPT, OPT, and OPT extension. We will also help you apply for H1B if you need. At this point, we have not decided if we would apply for your Green Card application.

Salary: $35,000-$55,000 base. And then commission of each sale is generous. To give a sense, each contract is $5000/year and the commission is anywhere from 25/75 split to 50/50 split.

UW Laboratory Medicine | ONSITE (Seattle, WA) | Full-Time

Our department maintains all clinical testing and laboratory operations at the UW Medical Center, from sample collection to analysis and final reporting. We employ over 900 people and handle 30 million tests each year. In parallel, we research, develop and operationalize novel diagnostics in genomics, mass spectrometry, flow cytometry and automated imaging.

* Bioinformatics developer * within our NGS laboratory. We're looking for someone to develop and maintain our germline NGS data processing pipelines, as well as investigate new opportunities in a translational research context. Experience with germline specific bioinformatics tools, annotation databases, common bioinformatics file formats highly valued!

However, the research, while promising, has been frustratingly slow. We’re leveraging the power of machine learning to dramatically improve the experimental process and we believe this approach has the potential to unlock a whole new class of therapeutic discoveries.
