1. Customer Support Engineer

- Communicate directly with external customers via phone, email or chat to better understand customer reported issues.

- Manage the opening, status update and closing of support tickets to ensure issue identification and resolution SLA's are met.

- Triage all reported customer support issues, resolving tier 1 support tickets and appropriately escalating complex Tier 2 and 3 tickets.

- Ability to proficiently read at least one of the following software languages C#, JavaScript, Python.

- Basic SQL querying/scripting a plus.

2. Professional Services Consultant

- Responsible for implementation and integration project activities from project kick-off on through final product cut-over.

- Ability to lead requirements gathering consultation engagements with customers to efficiently scope and price custom development application requests.

- Provide technical expertise including problem identification during implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.

- Deliver remote and onsite billable customer product training.

We started with advanced security/fraud/crime analysts trying to make sense of their logs, and are pushing into self-serve for all analysts and additional domains. We helped kick off the movement to GPU data frames (Apache Arrow, Nvidia RAPIDS.ai) as a rising tide towards our goal of advancing visual analysis for non-developers. We want analysts to benefit from advances like GPU-accelerated visual analytics, graph computing, & workflow automation with the same level of ease they have today with tools like Excel and search.

The immediate opening is a Django contractor to help launch our SaaS tier: Stripe, teams, SSO, RBAC, etc. Optionally, we are interested in a continued working relationship, such as continued contracting or transitioning to full-time. Contractors can be global as long as they can work with us in PDT. FTE path will likely need to be US and will start via a contract.
