We're looking to bring on another Full-Stack Developer. We have 2 tech stacks, depending on context, but our primary stack for this role is Nginx, Python/Django and MySQL. We're getting ready to introduce React into the production codebase as well. The other stack, where experience is welcome, is Nginx, PHP and MySQL on a custom framework.

Our web team is relatively new (4 years) and we're still figuring things out as we go. We self-host gitlab and Jira, use Confluence for our knowledge base, but do not follow any defined methodology such as agile, scrum, etc. In practice, we're probably closer to waterfall than anything. No CI/CD, but hopefully something we can add to our pipeline this year. All this means there is room for you to come in and make an impact, but we need someone who can roll with the punches and get things done.

You're often responsible for the full SDLC as we can get very high-level project outlines and are tasked with building out requirements by communicating with business units to understand scope and design of the project. You'll need to be comfortable with owning a project from beginning to end, however you're almost always working in an established codebase.
