Tech Stack and Job Details

Our stack is in React with Redux as the store and Thunk as the middleware.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of JavaScript, a few years of experience with React. Redux and Thunk are not required but a willingness to learn is!!

We think college education is important so we are looking for candidates with at least an undergraduate degree in a technical or mathematical field.

LEX is a real estate investing platform giving the everyday investor access to direct investments in commercial real estate for the first time. Users can browse individual properties (ranging from Office space to Retail to Multifamily), buy $250 shares (the IPO price) in each building, earn their share of rental income, and then trade those shares on LEX!

We’ve built:

- A retail brokerage app to trade shares of real estate

- A dealflow operation to take buildings public

- An SEC-filed ATS on which those shares can trade
