We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You'll play a critical role in scaling and improving our platform while tackling complex, real-world problems at the intersection of AI and communication.
What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance features across the entire stack (familiar technologies like Django, Node, and React).
- Design and implement robust analytics and reporting systems.
- Optimize and extend integrations with third-party services for our AI-powered phone system.
- Architect scalable, reliable systems to support our growing user base.
- Collaborate closely on API design and implementation to power core platform features.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven expertise in Python and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Django and React.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
- A passion for building user-friendly, reliable, and scalable software.
High performers have the option to transition to W-2 after 6 months.

We’re looking for a flexible, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This fully remote role gives you the freedom to manage your time, requires no travel, and rewards you for driving results however you prefer. High performers have the option to transition to W-2 after 6 months.
What You’ll Do - Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound leads. - Lead demos showcasing ModPhone’s AI-powered communication system to business decision-makers. - Build strong relationships with companies across a range of industries. - Contribute to our growth by achieving monthly sales targets and sharing insights to refine our sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or related industries. - A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Consultative selling skills with the ability to demonstrate product value. - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
