We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time iOS developer to join our team.

What you will be doing:

As a key member, you will be immersed in the dynamic realm of a sophisticated, end-to-end-encrypted multimedia chat application that has evolved over the last 9 years. The application, written predominantly in Swift, boasts a stack comprising UIKit, Realm, SQLite, Olm, WebRTC, Jitsi, and XMPP. Your primary focus will be enhancing the application by introducing new features and modernizing the existing codebase.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain features for our secure chat application. * Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the application's performance. * Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the quality and security of the codebase. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience. Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing native iOS applications using Swift. * Proficient understanding and extensive experience with UIKit and other core iOS frameworks. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions. * Knowledge of cryptography concepts, including public/private keys, cryptographic signatures, and end-to-end encryption (E2EE) using protocols such as Olm, SignalProtocol, or any other ratchet-based encryption. * Proven ability to quickly grasp complex subjects and apply newfound knowledge effectively. * Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the capability to manage tasks independently and deliver high-quality results. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
