Flagsmith is an open source company for feature flag and remote config service that's head quartered in the UK with a largely remote team. We're bootstrapped and have been a regular presence here on Hacker News.

We're looking for a lead engineer with experience working on large scale web platforms who can help to develop our API and dashboard. We're also looking for a lead devops engineer that can help us with infrastructure-as-code and orchestration who can also help us build out our existing APIs and assist with our on prem customers.

We're largely a Python shop in the backend, but multiple of our client libraries are in different languages.
