We are a non-profit based at the University of Oslo building the world's largest health information management system. It is used by national governments, at health facilities, and by large international organizations in more than 100 countries. When COVID hit, dozens of countries quickly scaled DHIS2 to do contact tracing, collect statistics, and monitor vaccination campaigns at population scale. Our "bottom line" is exclusively doing what's right for the people who use our software every day in every corner of the world to collect and analyze data and then use it to make positive change. The technical challenges we work on are novel, exciting, and don't show any sign of slowing down.

I’m hiring for a few positions at the Strategy & Innovation (S&I) department of ABN AMRO. ABN is the third largest bank in the Netherlands. We’re the technology team within S&I and work on things ranging from the introduction of GPT support for bank employees to data analytics for strategy to apps and websites for new products. 1. Speed: we typically work on projects that go live between 1 month and 6 months. (We launched GPT based summaries and knowledge base in the contact center in 4 weeks).

We're doing a lot of work on the Generative AI side and are looking for people to join that team. An idea of the available roles:

- Starting and junior developers. Our stack is Vue3 with backends in Java or Python. Work would be on new propositions or on GPT (mainly engineering our internal tools)

- Great data and AI profiles. Generalists that want to make impact with data and AI. We currently have people ranging from hard-core deep data scientists to practical integrators that build deliver data enabled solutions very quickly.

- Proven project managers with interest or experience in GenAI. This is your role if you love leading projects. We have very different people in this role, but the common thread is that they all love delivering valuable solutions.

- Experienced architect both able to design good solutions as well as socialise them in the wider organization. Experience with Azure is a must.
